Easy 5-min Soy Noodles

Soy noodles hold a special place in my kitchen. What’s even better is that you can make these in under 5 mins with all the great flavors you’d get in a classic soy noodles dish.

Ingredients:

1 packet of any kind of Ramen ( I used Nongshim, comes with a spice and veggie pack)

2 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

2 tsp brown sugar

1 /2 tbsp sriracha

1 tsp sesame oil

Alternatives for the veggies:

1 tbsp green onion

1 tbsp chopped mushrooms

Instructions:

Cook your ramen till al dente, set aside. In the same pan, add your soy, vinegar, brown sugar, sriracha and sesame oil. Stir till simmering and add your noodles. Toss and serve.
